Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
  3. Roast the cauliflower for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Prepare the sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan, and heat until it simmers.
  5. Toss the roasted cauliflower with the warm honey garlic sauce and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes
