- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
- Roast the cauliflower for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare the sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan, and heat until it simmers.
- Toss the roasted cauliflower with the warm honey garlic sauce and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
For a spicy twist, consider adding sriracha to the sauce. Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet while roasting.
