Delightful frozen clusters of Greek yogurt and strawberries, coated in rich chocolate for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a large bowl and mix gently.
- Use a spoon to drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Freeze for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Substitute yogurt and chocolate as desired.
