- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste
- Juice of 1 Lime
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat your grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Prep the Veggies: While the chicken cooks, chop your bell peppers and slice the avocado.
- Assemble the Wrap: Warm the tortillas slightly, layer with chicken, bell peppers, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom upwards, securing the filling tightly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice the wraps in half, serve them on a plate, and garnish with more cilantro.
