Description

A vibrant blend of savory ground beef and sweet hot honey served over rice and topped with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5–7 minutes, draining excess fat.
  2. Stir in the hot honey and soy sauce, mixing well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, steam or sauté your mixed vegetables in a separate pot for 3–5 minutes until tender.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over rice and top with steamed vegetables.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For meal prep, the beef mixture can be made in advance and refrigerated. Reheat when ready to serve. Customize with additional spices or sauces as desired.
