Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy veggies (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with the peanut sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Lay out each tortilla or wrap, placing a lettuce leaf in the center.
  3. Add a portion of the chicken mixture on top of the lettuce, followed by the crunchy veggies.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
