- 1 cup crunchy veggies (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Lettuce leaves
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken with the peanut sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Lay out each tortilla or wrap, placing a lettuce leaf in the center.
- Add a portion of the chicken mixture on top of the lettuce, followed by the crunchy veggies.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro if desired.
